Apologies

Sometimes, I do things that I'm not proud off. I have realised that I may, in the spur of the moment, say things or post things that reflect anger and I am not proud of it. Those of you who have read posts that think it is not the right thing, let me know. I will correct it. And apologies again for those who have read items that just don't seem right.
