Fail

This is the 2nd week of the school holidays.

Just before the holidays, my son, the standards 1 kid, went thru his first round of school exams. No joke.

I was quite dejected when he came back and he showed me that his Bahasa Malaysia, he could only get 41%. There and then, I was thinking...
- i've been a bad father
- i shd have spent more time with him
- that's it, out goes the PS2
- I shd quit my job and dedicate myself to his studies
etc...

Never have I felt so dejected and so lost at fatherhood.

Then my wife found out that Johnny down the road got 47%, Tommy from row 3 got 44% and the passing mark was 40%!

HAHAHAHA.. what a relief!

And that little joker, his Chinese subjects all 70+ or 80+ % His English exam so so... damn bizarre... must be Chinese school syndrome!
