No... I still have not made up my mind... but I'm close to making a move. I feel like a soccer star caught in a transfer sage.

I spoke to the CEO of the new company yesterday. I'm quite happy with discussions. There are a few documents that I'm waiting for them to send over, to partly appease the logical side of me. Those documents will describe the business viability of the company - a 3rd party due diligence done. If it's positive, I will be on the move.

Today, I spent my time perfecting my Excel and Powerpointing skills working out the release plan. I find it frustrating because I'm trying to work out something which a previous team worked out in May, in which the previous team said "we can roll out to 11 countries by 2008". Crazy! As I work out the details, it seems that by 2008, perhaps only 5 countries can be done. There are complications because of the fact that we don't want to have too many concurrent streams of work and too many concurrent production releases as that increases the retrofit complexities. Obviously, all these were not thought thru by the previous team. Damn frustrating. Now I have to clean the shit up.
